Christina Forte trained at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading where she studied Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element acupuncture, graduating with a BSc (Hons) degree in Acupuncture.

Before becoming a fully qualified Acupuncturist, Christina trained and qualified as a Pilates teacher with Body Control Pilates in London and taught both mathwork and the Pilates Reformer machine.
